The Grand Hill Resort-Hotel Puncak, Puncak

I stayed on the 2nd floor and felt that the hotel had pros such as friendly staff but could use additional light in some areas like the balcony and table. The room was clean and connecting, though the refrigerator was empty, reducing the value for money slightly.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with spacious rooms offering stunning city and mountain views. The service was helpful and kind, making me feel happy as I left. The location was convenient near Taman Safari and Puncak Pass, perfect for a morning jog. The dining options were decent, although limited due to current restrictions. The facilities were satisfactory overall.
